Juniper Networks has completed the integration of all of the Kagoor support tools, applications and content. You can access them in the Juniper Networks Customer support Center (CSC). Please note that Juniper Networks assigns individual user accounts--- therefore all users must register for CSC access. If you are a former Kagoor Support Customer or know of a colleague who has not already transitioned their account to the CSC, please do so now by contacting our Customer Care team.
If you need to contact Customer Care, please have the following information available:
- Name, address, telephone number and email address that was linked to the Kagoor Support Portal account
- Product Serial number
- Product Installation Location
- Company URL
- Kagoor Support Portal User ID if available
Juniper Networks will continue to keep the Kagoor Support Portal online for former Kagoor Support users but recommend that you use the CSC now to gain familiarity with it as on December 1, 2005, the Kagoor Support Portal will be retired.
